This class is a more relaxed, slower-paced, version of our Vinyasa Flow class, but by candlelight. This practice incorporates both strong poses to get the breath and the body moving and build heat, as well as gentle poses to relax, calm and cool the body, leaving you balanced and restored. Improve strength and flexibility, dissolve tension, and experience a deep sense of well-being that will remain with you well after practice. Open to all levels.
